Baignade Studio is the conception of creative Liore Basse, a French artist whose work reflects her infatuation with the opposition of technology and nature. Basse’s still life and video photography explores the composition of multi-technology, colour and their relation to nature and culture.

Coming from a background in cinema, architecture and design too finally study photography at Parisian Gobelins L'école de L'image–the School of Visual Communication– Basse understands the relevance of location to her work and inspiration. She comments, “The place I am is very important for creation, I would like to move to others cites or countries to give another dimension to my work”.  

Basse explains further saying, “I was born and raised near the ocean, my daily life was surf, sun and surrounding by the countryside. I have a very strong fascination with the water and minerals; I can watch for hours the reflection of the light on water. For the elements, we find the same perfection, this unique beauty conceived by nature. Those elements are recurring in my work and this is what inspires me the most. When I take picture I want to show my vision of the objects, make visual what’s there in my mind, and express my fascination.”

And we are pretty fascinated with Base and her work.
