Well look at that! It seems RISD (Rhode Island School of Design) has churned out two more superstars... Meet Grace Glass and Lucas Lefler, better known as the geniuses behind art and design studio gg-ll. These kids are killing it at the moment, scoring plenty of gigs for major clients like Levi’s, Duckie Brown and BULLETT. It’s not surprising really, just check out their work. It is incredible.

The two combined their graphic design and architecture backgrounds to create some magical work that I can help but gush over. Couple muted candy colours with geometric styling and the occasional florescent and you’ve mastered something special. Primarily involved in art direction, design and visual research, gg-ll know exactly where they’re going and what they're doing. Together they produce the type of overexposed and abstract photographic work that is so very in right now (I feel like anyone who actually says that has no idea what “in” is, but this time I am right. I hope). Mix some fashion with some foam, some plants with some pants (commissioned by Levi’s Made and Crafted, of course) and you’ll never go wrong. I am intruiged to see what the studio duo will come up with next!
