Photographer Louis De Belle submitted us this little masterpiece featuring detailed shots of public transport busses.

The series captures an interplay of lines and planes found in ordinary circumstances. It is based on close-ups images, which emphasize a geometrical, nearly bidimensional, representation. With almost neo- plasticist forms and colors, these images evoke a strong sense of abstraction. However, the subject is rather concrete.

His abstract view of such an everyday subject is mesmerising– so much so that it almost has us forgetting how much we hate public transport..almost.
