Swedish design knows no bounds. The talent of todays Swedish artists, designers (both fashion and graphic) and other creative professionals is beyond anything we see in many other countries. I mean, say what you want about IKEA, but the Swedes know how to design.

Stockholm-based freelance graphic designer Lina Forsgren lives up to her country’s reputation. Her work is fresh, diverse and damn professional considering she’s still a student at the Beckmans College of Design. Having designed for Swedish United Nations, Invest Sweden and Great Works (aka the service agency of Absolut Vodka), this little lady is on the road to greatness.

“When I was younger I drew a lot and thought that I wanted to become an illustrator, though after a while I became more interested in graphic design.”

I am really digging her folder design for the design trio N°ID. This is the type of work that makes me want to give up my full time job watching trashy television and take a graphic design course. I want to make stuff as great as this.
