Becca Allen is one busy lady. I first came by her work via Computer Arts (#199) of which she presented a tutorial on creating pattern swatches; preparing print for fabric. Not only was her instructions clear and concise, but I found (after googling like a little fanboy) her body of work to be stylish, a little quirky and visually striking. With a creative talent and eye so obviously skilled, Allen has been able to take on so many projects at such a young age.

UK fashion label Taylor Does underwent a major makeover once Allen took over the brand, which including updating and rebranding the labels image under Allen's (art) direction. Allen was also asked by Rhythm to design the prints for their first swimwear collection in Europe!

Becca Allen is first and foremost a designer and illustrator whose crafty eye for seamless, contemporary (I almost said edgy, which by the way I think is a positive word for describing the current trend in arts/culture/design) design has allowed for so many collaborations for so many varying projects in so many varying medias.
