If we told you to get out of town to make a see change, you might automatically think of picking up your kitchen sink, filling it with all of your junk and re-fit it in a beach shack somewhere where you could spend you days frolicking in the ocean and getting dreads. But guys, you haven’t noticed our grammatical cheekiness, as we’re talking about getting a SEE change via the likes of Melbournian Ingrid Verner.

Former half of the TV club, Verner debuts her most recent display of independent fashion design, and not all is what it may initially seem. Whilst the flowing scarves tucked under signature Verner caps, flowing separates and tailored pieces buttoned right up to their preppy top may hint at a cross-cultural reference, Verner’s intention for SS14 is a little more coastally local. Heading to northern NSW for some sun soaked inspiration, Verner returned with an enriched knowledge of what a real sea change may be like. So now, as any good wisdom facilitator might do, she’s offering us a chance to see some change, whilst it may only extend to our wardrobes. Strap on some leather sandals, button up your seagulls, pull on your favourite black knit and tie up your baggy drawstrings. It’s everything wonderfully wacky and we want it all.
